I’m Hayley Fischer, the founder of Coast & Key. I live in beautiful Sandgate with my family, and I’m proud to call this stretch of the Kent coast home. After more than 20 years working as a fashion designer, I bring the same eye for detail, style, and presentation into property management. I know how to make spaces feel inviting, memorable, and visually striking — qualities that matter both online in your listing and in person for your guests.

Beyond design, I understand what travellers look for when choosing a holiday stay. Comfort, practicality, and thoughtful touches make all the difference, and my role is to ensure your property delivers exactly that. With a naturally organised and meticulous approach, I handle the details so you don’t have to — from bookings and guest communication to cleaning, maintenance, and presentation.
