Our fully managed service is designed for owners who want their property to perform at its best without managing the day-to-day details themselves.

We work closely with a select number of properties across the Kent coast, allowing us to provide a personal, hands-on service and maintain the standards our owners and guests expect.

Management fee: 22% of booking revenue

Cleaning and linen are charged separately and, wherever possible, incorporated into the guest booking cost. Property-specific expenses such as maintenance, replacement items and welcome hampers are charged separately.

Temporary Management

For hosts who self-manage but need trusted support during holidays, work trips or time away. This flexible service provides peace of mind, consistent guest support and seamless hosting continuity. We step in to look after your guests and property while you're unavailable, ensuring everything runs smoothly without you needing to be on call. You continue to manage your own calendar and pricing — we take care of the on-the-ground hosting.

Whats Included

• Guest communication (pre-arrival, during stay, post-checkout)
• Cleaner coordination — with your cleaner or ours 
• Pre- & post-stay property checks
• Light troubleshooting via phone and issue escalation

Pricing

• £160 per week
  Covers temporary management for one stay during your week away
• + £40 per additional stay
  If more than one booking occurs during the same week

Optional Extras

• Essentials Restocking – £20 per visit (plus cost of items)
  We check supplies, purchase items, and restock between stays
• Maintenance Coordination– £20 per issue
  We arrange contractors, provide updates and coordinate access
  Onsite attendance beyond 20 mins: £15 per additional 20 minutes
• In-Person Troubleshooting – £25 call-out (Mon-Fri) / £35 call-out (Evenings/Weekends)
  For lockbox issues, appliances, heating, alarms or urgent guest support
